Professor Hristo Tsatsinov is born in 1946. He graduated from Veliko Tarnovo University "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" – Veliko Tarnovo in 1971 with specialty "Graphics" lectured by professor N. Hadzitanev. He has been working as lecturer in Veliko Tarnovo University – "Graphics" Department, "Fine Arts" Faculty, since 1975.

He becomes professor in 2009. He specialized "Graphics" in Fine Arts Academy "Y. E. Repin" – Saint Petersburg.

He works in the area of Cavalent Graphics, mini print and exlibris. Associative thinking and composing in 80 and 90 years of XX century influence his works too.

In the period 2003-2007 he participates in many international biennales and exhibitions for mini print and Exlibris in Europe, Asia, South and North America. He continues to seek varied and different way for plastic expressing in his works.

Since 1990 he has become member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists.
